The representative that helped me was super amazing. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed for coverage for my vehicle and new home. He was kind and had a good sense of humor.

My comment on progressive as a company. I wish I never left. However, my home needs insured as well. The bundling discount rates are huge across the board. Hopefully progressive makes a change soon or I will be moving 1 of 3 different policies to allstate because they insure my home. And I would get a discount by adding another policy.
